Established in February 2005, Oasis Hong Kong Airlines is a lowcost carrier based in Hong Kong. A Pastor, Rev. Raymond C. Lee and his wife, Priscilla, founded the airline. The airline's chief executive, Steve Miller, was founder and first chief executive of another Hong Kong-based airline, Dragonair.

Earlier this month, Oasis Hong Kong Airlines announced the launch of a Vancouver-Hong Kong route, starting June 28, 2007. "The demand for air travel between Hong Kong and Canada is extraordinarily strong, especially from Vancouver," said Rev. Dr. Raymond C. Lee, chairman, Oasis. "Many people who cannot afford to travel on non-stop services fly between these two great cities on carriers that have stopovers en route."

Celebrating the launch, Oasis gave away 1,000 one-way economy class trips to Hong Kong over a twoday period. The airline is also offering a "Buy One Get One Free" promotion for business class passengers who travel between June 28 and October 27, 2007. Prices for the "Buy One Get One Free" promotion start at $3,798 round trip. The additional free ticket offered in this promotion may be used by the purchaser at a later date, or transferred to a person of their choice. This promotional offer expires on May 31, 2007.

Oasis' regular low fares in economyOasis start at $299 and in businessOasis at $1,399, one way.
